We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Finance Manager who possesses previous experience in financial management with a strong commitment to service excellence and professionalism.
This role provides leadership for the timely and accurate management of all aspects of the College finances, including financial reporting, taxation, grant funding, insurances, payroll, and Government reporting requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and managing staff to create a productive and harmonious work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a Certified Practising Accountant or Institute of Chartered Accountant qualification and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should have a proven ability to manage and mentor staff, as well as an in-depth understanding of GST and experience in completing BAS and Fringe Benefits Tax returns.
