Executive Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Leader to join our team in a senior management position. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall safety and quality outcomes of the business, developing and implementing an Operations Plan, managing financial duties, and leading a team of professionals.

About the Role

  • Oversee the overall safety and quality outcomes of the business
  • Develop and implement an Operations Plan
  • Manage financial duties, including accounts payable, payroll, banking approvals, and commercial matters
  • Lead a team of professionals, including full-time, part-time, and casual staff, contractors, and suppliers
  • Deliver high-quality proposals for prospective clients
  • Establish and maintain client relationships
  • Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or MBA in business, commerce, economics, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in a senior management position
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and motivating a successful team
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing, preparing, and reporting on complex information
  • Demonstrated successful management of profit and loss across various business settings
