Key Responsibilities- Encourage clients to find their own employment through appropriate activities;
- Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Place clients into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes;
- Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded and documented to meet compliance requirements; and
- Provide exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process.
- Experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments;
- Demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges;
- Confidence in liaising with external and internal stakeholders;
- Able to work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve sustainable employment placements;
- Desire to be part of a team that connects people and business to drive mutual success;
- Hold a current driver's license.
- No prior experience in employment services is necessary.
