Job Description
As a Hospitality Service Director, you will be responsible for leading daily service operations across a premium venue. You will champion guest experience and partner closely with the kitchen and beverage teams to deliver smooth services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach hospitality teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee floor operations, section allocations, reservations and waitlist management.
  • Drive sequence-of-service protocols to ensure efficient table-turns.
  • Collaborate with Bar/Beverage and Culinary leaders on menu launches and service coordination.
  • Manage labour against budgets; interpret daily/weekly performance metrics.
  • Maintain compliance with safety protocols and incident reporting.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop team members; run pre-shift briefs and training sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years' recent leadership experience in a premium restaurant or bar.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage service standards.
  • Working knowledge of labour planning, budgets and POS systems.
  • Strong wine/spirits and food knowledge with confident communication skills.
  • Current RSA (or ability to obtain before start).
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including nights/weekends/public holidays.
