Job Title: Project Director - Hospitality Ventures
A project director oversees the planning and execution of hospitality projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This role involves managing a team of professionals and overseeing various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners to drive projects forward.
- Regularly reporting on project progress, including timelines, costs, and quality metrics.
- Providing exceptional customer service during handover and defects phases, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements for each project, adhering to relevant legislation and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in delivering large-scale projects as a senior manager, from start to finish.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, build consensus, and collaborate effectively within teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to liaise with customers throughout sales and settlement processes.
