Are you passionate about crafting innovative solutions to drive customer experiences?

We are seeking a highly skilled technologist to join our team as a Crew Tech Lead.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inspiring and motivating the crew to deliver their mission by working with Product Owners to refine and realize product visions.
  • Providing strategic technology leadership to guide the crew in navigating complex challenges and delivering cutting-edge solutions.
  • Ensuring the squad has adequate technical resources to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Fostering an environment of fast decision-making and effective collaboration and communication to enable the crew to respond quickly to changing needs.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist with experience in shaping and delivering digital technology strategies in large scalable environments. You will have a background as a full-stack/full-cycle engineer with experience in modern technology stacks such as AWS, Typescript, Next.js, Azure AI Foundry.
