We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Domestic Assistant to join our Home Care team. As a Domestic Assistant, you will provide domestic assistance with cleaning and laundry duties to support our clients to live independently at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide domestic assistance with cleaning and laundry duties to support clients to live independently at home
- Work collaboratively with the Home Care team to provide a high-quality service to clients
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of clients
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Passion about helping people in your community, with strong relationship building, time management, and budget management skills
- Previous case management experience and relevant qualifications
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A safe and sensible approach with a practical understanding of people's physical limitations
- The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients' individual needs
