Job Description

Sales professionals are sought after to join the team as Territory Managers, responsible for conducting sales activities to gain growth and market share with existing and new customers. They will be expected to build strong working relationships with key hospital contacts, providing customer support through product knowledge and understanding of their needs.

The ideal candidate must have full unrestricted working rights in Australia. They should possess a proven track record of influencing sales in retail, hospitality, customer service or another sales role, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with healthcare professionals and build lasting relationships.

A self-starter with a results-driven mindset is required, always striving to exceed expectations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are also necessary to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans to achieve business objectives, building and maintaining strong relationships with key hospital contacts to maximize business opportunities, and providing customer support through product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
