Assistant Store Manager, Western Australia - Expression of Interest. ALDI Stores Australia is seeking experienced Assistant Store Managers across Western Australia to join our Talent Community for future opportunities.
Responsibilities- Train and coach team members to develop future leaders
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory and minimise losses
- Operate registers and merchandise special buys
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance operations
- Manage the store in the Store Manager's absence to ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Proven experience in leading teams within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong leadership skills to motivate, mentor, and guide team members
- Exceptional communication abilities that foster collaboration and inclusivity
- Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets
- Adaptability and professionalism under pressure
