The Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing overdue commercial accounts in Australia and New Zealand
  • Releasing orders to customers
  • Investigating and processing credits
  • Assessing and mitigating credit risk
  • Processing payments and reconciling accounts
  • Providing weekly reports to stakeholders
  • Coordinating with internal departments to resolve queries
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a full-function credit role
  • Proficiency in ERP systems is beneficial
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
