Senior Commercial Credit Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Credit Professional to join our team and play a key role in the assessment of commercial credit applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide informed acceptance/decline outcomes based on established credit criteria or escalate with management where required
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely information/documentation when requested
  • Manage risk exposure and stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
  • Present and discuss out-of-scope deals with senior stakeholders
  • Liaise with senior management on reporting aspects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a commercial credit specialist in asset & equipment finance
  • Familiarity with wholesale finance principles
  • A minimum of $100k DLA held
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse environment
  • Ability to think critically while ensuring adherence to credit and risk policies
