Your Responsibilities:

- Ensure your station is well-stocked with necessary ingredients and tools.
- Take full ownership of the quality of food produced from your station.
- Prepare and present dishes that meet the highest culinary standards.
- Engage effectively with team members and actively seek guest feedback.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A formal qualification in commercial cookery and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef in a hospitality setting.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional presentation.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety, along with food safety regulations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation and service techniques.
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management capabilities.
- Valid work rights in Australia.
- A positive attitude and a sense of enjoyment in the workplace.
