Key Responsibilities:
Oversee kitchen operations during peak service times to ensure timely and precise dish preparation that exceeds customer expectations Assist the Head Chef with menu development, inventory oversight, and food preparation Mentor and guide the kitchen staff, promoting a positive and efficient work atmosphere Create and manage staff schedules Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygieneRequired Qualifications:
