Job Summary

This role is responsible for conducting forecasting and capacity planning to ensure optimal staffing levels, supporting scheduling, monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, and enhancing reporting processes and tools through automation and advanced data analysis.

About the Role

  • We are seeking a Senior CX Reporting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 2 or 3 years in data analysis, reporting, or customer experience-related roles, with a Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct forecasting and capacity planning to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  2. Support scheduling and make real-time adjustments to meet service demands effectively.
  3. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
  4. Enhance reporting processes and tools through automation and advanced data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 2 or 3 years in data analysis, reporting, or customer experience-related roles.
  • Ability to communicate with other related departments.
  • Good English and knowledge in advance Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python or R (optional but preferred), and CRM systems.
