Job Title: Kitchen Hand

Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene is crucial in our commercial kitchen. As a key team member, you will be responsible for ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and sanitised.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, able to work well under pressure, and has a strong attention to detail. You will be required to remove rubbish and maintain cleanliness of bins and waste areas, clean and sanitise work surfaces, floors, and equipment, and unpack and store deliveries properly.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be familiar with food safety and hygiene regulations. This includes supporting cooks and chefs as needed during busy periods and being flexible with your workload.
