Sydney Customer Support Position

We are seeking an exceptional customer service representative to join our team in Sydney.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and possess excellent communication skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers via phone, identifying cross-selling opportunities and referring clients to specialist teams when necessary.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls from personal customers regarding various inquiries.
- Providing existing customers and prospects with accurate information about financial products and services.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A genuine enthusiasm for delivering first-class customer service.
- Superb communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Resilience and the capacity to ask probing questions.
- The flexibility to work on a rotational roster while maintaining high levels of adherence to breaks.
