Accounts Receivable Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing trade customer relationships, processing customer rebates, and performing bank reconciliations.

The AR Officer will be responsible for creating new trade customers in the system, processing customer rebate claims, and ensuring timely payments from customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

  • Create new trade customers in the system
  • Customer rebate processing and reconciliation
  • Bank reconciliations
  • End-of-month statements
  • Liaise with customers to ensure payments are made to terms
  • Debt collection

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full function Accounts Receivable
