Key Responsibilities:
  • Our team leader oversees the bar team to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • The person in this role oversees stock management, supplier relationships, and liquor licensing regulations compliance.
  • Bar rostering, ordering, and cost control are managed by them to meet business targets.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety is a priority.
  • Collaboration with the management team to create events and promotions drives sales and customer engagement.
We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a busy venue.
  • Strong cocktail knowledge and mixology skills are essential.
  • Leadership, communication, and people management skills are required.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak trade periods is necessary.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for hospitality is key.
  • Current RSA certification (NSW) is mandatory.
