Key Bartender Position

This is an exciting career opportunity for a skilled Cocktail Bartender

We are seeking a dynamic individual to work in our restaurant in Sydney.

Experience in classic cocktails and availability to work on weekends are essential requirements.

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, following recipes and standards.
  • Engage with customers, recommending drinks and providing excellent service at the bar.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, monitoring guest consumption and intervening when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar, high-paced restaurant/bar environment.
  • Strong knowledge and proven expertise in preparing classic cocktails.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Self-motivation, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • A collaborative team spirit.
  • Effective time management aptitude.
  • A deep passion for delivering top-tier food, beverage, and service quality standards.
  • Weekend availability is a requirement.
  • The ability to obtain full working rights in Australia.
