We are currently seeking an experienced bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests and possess excellent knowledge of sophisticated beverages and cocktails.

This is a part-time position with a minimum of 2 shifts per week. Additional shifts are available to work in the restaurant and functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and serving drinks and food to high standards
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid RSA certification and Australian work authorization

About You:

  • You should have at least 1 year's experience as a bartender in a similar environment (hotel, cocktail bar, restaurant)
  • You should have sound knowledge of classic cocktails
  • You should be able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment
  • You should have a strong focus on guest satisfaction and going above and beyond
  • You should have excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills, including fluent English
  • You should be flexible to work a rotating roster, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
