Strategic Business Development and Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to support our national growth ahead of our centenary in 2026.
- Deliver high-quality panel and project/matter-specific tenders and credential statements, often working directly with senior lawyers and partners in their respective practice or industry groups.
- End-to-end coordination of firm, practice and client events, including preparation of event materials and communication with stakeholders.
- Prepare email marketing campaigns and social media posts, developing copy in line with our key messaging and creating relevant digital assets.
- Contribute to the firm's strategy, supporting various projects and working on innovation projects to enable data-driven decision-making and task automation.
- Assist with the ongoing maintenance of our client relationship management system (CRM).
- Participate in client listening initiatives, including tender debriefs and providing feedback to improve our services.
- Prepare legal directory submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage client and industry research and reporting, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in a business or communications-related discipline.
- Minimum of one year's experience as a Business Development and Marketing Coordinator.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong writing and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at varying levels.
