Developing a strategic marketing plan requires identifying key objectives and tailoring campaigns to meet business goals. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing solutions that drive brand awareness and support organisational objectives.

About the Role

The Marketing Specialist will provide marketing expertise to support the brand and organisational goals of the company. Working closely with the customer and communications team, you will contribute to integrated marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness and drive business results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating marketing campaigns and projects from development to execution
  • Supporting the creation and production of marketing collateral and integrated content
  • Developing content for offline and online channels
  • Translating broader program objectives into local area marketing campaigns

You will work collaboratively with agency partners, site services, and internal stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar marketing role
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering high-quality marketing outcomes
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, B2B and B2C marketing, and communications

You should also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as well-developed organisational, administrative, and project planning skills.
