B2B Marketing Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Marketing Program Manager to lead our end-to-end marketing initiatives.

This role involves strategically leading the planning, execution, and delivery of B2B marketing programs across multiple verticals, including Public Sector.

The successful candidate will serve as a critical connector across marketing teams, proactively managing stakeholder alignment, resolving challenges, and ensuring projects achieve strategic objectives efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving cross-functional alignment across Growth Strategy, Content, and Product Marketing teams
  • Managing end-to-end planning, reporting, and delivery for B2B marketing programs
  • Building repeatable systems and playbooks to improve campaign scalability and velocity
  • Creating dashboards and updates to showcase impact, learnings, and insights to leadership

Requirements:

  • Experience in program or project management, managing complex, strategic projects in a high-growth, dynamic environment
  • Ability to drive stakeholder alignment and unblock teams to move faster
  • Self-driven, solutions-focused, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done
