Service Co-ordinator Opportunity

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Co-ordinator to lead our OSHC service. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of children.

About the Role:

  • Provide pedagogical leadership and mentorship to educators, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, schools, and community stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative approach to delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the operational and administrative aspects of the OSHC service, ensuring seamless delivery of programs and services.
  2. Develop and implement guidance support plans that meet the needs of individual children, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth.
  3. Liaise with school staff and outside agencies to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  4. Manage documentation and risk assessments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Co-ordinator or in a related role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and programs.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families, schools, and community stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
