Data Governance Specialist

This role involves leading the management of foundation people data elements to ensure well-managed and effective data foundations. You will work closely with our Data Governance leads and EDG to enhance data integrity, flow, and governance leadership.
The responsibilities of this role include ownership and management of service propositions, timely processing of bulk data uploads, data update requests, and foundation data adjustments. You will also lead effective change and communication activity to deliver clear foundation data for the enterprise.
Additionally, you will champion and establish policy to ensure data cleansing activity and maintain high-quality foundation data. Supporting the development and implementation of data quality controls/processes is also a key responsibility.
Contribute to evolving high-quality foundation data elements, improving foundation data policy and controls, and effectively managing and leading cross-functional work groups are some of the other key aspects of this role.
Solid experience in a similar role within a large corporate environment, HR Data knowledge, and experience with SuccessFactors data objects are preferred skills and qualifications for this position.
A logical problem-solving mindset, outstanding communication skills, and highly collaborative team player with stakeholder management skills are required for success in this role.
