Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team at AnglicareSA.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with our customers and support them in managing their financial records related to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

You will be responsible for reviewing NDIS customer plans, liaising with plan managers, the NDIA, and carers to secure funding for customer supports, and completing billing as required.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret and analyze data to identify errors and opportunities for system improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete customer billing accurately and ensure appropriate measures and checks are completed within the customer database system
  • Review NDIS customers' plans and initiate actions to secure funding and ensure funds are available for customers to utilise
  • Provide partnership with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and statement recovery processes are met
  • Generate regular, accurate, and relevant reports and maintain documentation, data, and statistics using program service systems
  • Coordinate with customers, managers, and stakeholders to secure funds to purchase supports required and invoice accordingly
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of billing and finance specifically NDIS service bookings and billing (desirable)
  • High level computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office and navigation of customer database systems
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret and analyze data
  • Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks accordingly, while contributing to the teamwork culture
  • NDIS Worker clearance, Working with Children Check, and National Police clearance or willingness to obtain

The estimated salary for this role is between AU$65,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
