About the Opportunity

This role offers a dynamic leadership position where you can leverage your expertise to drive excellence in early childhood education. As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a team of professionals, and ensuring high-quality programs are delivered.

  • Job Description:

Manage centre operations in line with legislative requirements and company policies.

Lead, mentor, and guide staff to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Ensure high-quality learning programs are implemented by educators.

Efficiently manage staffing rosters.

Effectively manage centre finances within budget guidelines.

Maintain high standards for centre presentation and work practices.

BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN, FAMILIES, STAFF AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS.

ACTIVELY ATTRACT, CONVERT AND RETAIN FAMILIES BY EFFECTIVELY MANAGING TOURS, ENROLMENTS AND ORIENTATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ENROLMENTS TEAM

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education:

A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree as approved by ACECQA.

  • Experience:

Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.

  • Qualifications:

Current WWCC, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.

  • Skills:

Extensive understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework (VEYLDF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to lead and mentor a team of qualified and committed early childhood professionals.

Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development training for Educators.
