**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Rental Market Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will play a critical role in delivering our RentConnect products and services to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer needs and develop effective strategies to address housing requirements.
  • Provide private rental assistance, including information, education, coaching, and advocacy to help customers find and sustain suitable private rental accommodation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local real estate agents, lessors, and other stakeholders to facilitate access to the private rental market.
  • Stay up-to-date with the local rental market and housing options available.
  • Contribute to the supervision of staff and provide leadership and guidance to Housing Officers.

  • A strong understanding of the private rental market and housing options available.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
