Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our Commercial hospitality team. As the Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our two cafes and commercial catering service, ensuring that our residents and customers receive exceptional food and beverages and superior customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a working knowledge of Food Safety guidelines and regulations. They should also have experience as a Barista and POS system user, along with strong written and interpersonal skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing conflicting priorities, exceeding customer satisfaction, and promoting a positive work environment. They will also be committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in everything they do.

  • Lead the Commercial hospitality team to deliver exceptional customer service and quality food and beverages

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Working knowledge of Food Safety guidelines and regulations
