Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the management team with day-to-day operations across all areas of the establishment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Management team with daily operations including staff supervision, customer service and cash handling
  • Liaise with staff to ensure smooth running of shifts, maintaining high standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Australian working rights and valid police clearance
  • Ability to work rotating rosters, including evenings and weekends
