Job Title: Senior Hospitality Manager

A senior hospitality manager is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of a restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the management team in supervising staff, including servers and bartenders, to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  2. Monitor and control all financial aspects of the restaurant, including sales, expenses, and profits, to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Develop and implement promotions and special events to increase sales and drive business growth.
  4. Maintain accurate inventory of all items in the bar and kitchen, ensuring timely ordering of necessary supplies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience as a supervisor or manager in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team of employees.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and industry standards.
