Responsibilities:- Partner with account managers in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various job vacancies
- Use social media platforms, such as LinkedIn and SEEK, to attract and qualify candidates
- Advertise job opportunities and perform phone screenings and face-to-face interviews
- Liaise with candidates and clients during the placement process
- Validate candidate working rights and arrange necessary checks
- Support the sales team in achieving targets
