As a key stakeholder, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of strategic and operational plans by providing expert financial guidance.

About the Role:

Join our organization as a full-time Finance Business Partner based in Broadview. You will be responsible for driving the forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring that strategies and operational decisions are sustainable and consistent with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute proactively to forecasting models, feasibility studies, and tender evaluations.
  • Develop leading performance parameters and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring strategies and operational decisions are sustainable and consistent with organizational goals.
  • Examine operations for cost and resource efficiencies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives following robust analysis and business case development.
  • Process month and year-end journals accurately, reflecting the financial performance of the organization.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with customer service insight.
  • Strong working relationships across the organization, with the confidence to advise and challenge leaders.
  • Understanding of business issues and ability to work towards outcomes.
  • Strong technical knowledge in financial management, analysis, and reporting.
  • High competency in Microsoft Office Excel.
