Job Description:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient client service
  • Lead and support a passionate team of veterinarians and nurses, fostering a positive and inclusive culture
  • Manage staff rostering, recruitment, onboarding, and performance development, promoting excellence in veterinary care
  • Control inventory and maintain supplier relationships, optimizing clinic efficiency
  • Develop and implement financial and business strategies, driving growth and success

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a veterinary or customer-focused leadership role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to problem-solve and lead teams
