Overview

Veterinary Director – Greencross Narre Warren. We are looking for a dynamic Veterinary Director to lead our clinic with vision, compassion, and a commitment to high-quality care. At Greencross Narre Warren, we are committed to delivering the highest standard of veterinary care. Our clinic is equipped with cutting-edge technology and a team of professionals dedicated to high-quality care.

Join a team of 5 veterinarians and 7 nurses in a friendly, collaborative setting where a good sense of humor is part of daily life. The role involves a diverse mix of consults and surgeries, providing opportunities to grow clinical expertise in a busy practice.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the veterinary team; foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Provide high-quality care to patients and ensure their well-being and comfort.
  • Encourage open communication and idea-sharing among team members.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance services and client experience.
  • Develop and implement clinic protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Veterinary Science degree from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC) and/or completion of NAVLE, AVE or equivalent examinations.
  • Minimum of 4 years of practical veterinary experience.
