This is a dynamic role that involves a diverse mix of consults and surgeries, providing opportunities to grow clinical expertise in a busy practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the veterinary team; foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Provide high-quality care to patients and ensure their well-being and comfort.
- Encourage open communication and idea-sharing among team members.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance services and client experience.
- Develop and implement clinic protocols and procedures.
- A Veterinary Science degree from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC) and/or completion of NAVLE, AVE or equivalent examinations.
- Minimum of 4 years of practical veterinary experience.
