About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate High-Quality Care Specialist to deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing the daily care needs of our residents, formulating care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, and providing supervision and direction to Endorsed Enrolled nurses and Personal Care Assistants.

  • Experience in assessing aged care residents and developing comprehensive care plans
  • Understanding of relevant Commonwealth, State, and Territory legislation and nursing practices
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
