High-Quality Aged Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to provide exceptional care to our residents at St Vincent's Care Services Werribee.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical nursing practice experience, excellent communication skills, and a high level of customer service skills. You will also have the ability to follow directives as per care plan and understand Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is essential for this role.
  • Clinical nursing practice experience in an aged care facility is highly valued.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including night shifts, is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan is crucial.
  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities is necessary.
  • Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination and National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months) are mandatory.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
