We are seeking an experienced and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our team. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for delivering person-centered care, identifying patient risks, and responding appropriately to ensure positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with our hospital's values and standards
- Identify patient risks and respond appropriately to prevent adverse events
- Liaise with patients, families, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals as required
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in audits and evaluations
The ideal candidate will possess a current Nursing Registration with AHPRA, completed Graduate Nurse Program or equivalent, and demonstrated competent clinical nursing skills. You will also have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate team outcomes in a multi-disciplinary environment.
