Job Title

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to all areas of the business
  • Troubleshoot and fix a wide range of issues
  • Collaborate with the Security team to balance security, productivity, and user experience
  • Continually identify opportunities to automate processes and improve user experience
  • Design and build self-service solutions to empower users
  • Monitor and maintain office tech, including meeting rooms, AV equipment, networking, printers, and digital signage
  • Plan, implement, manage, and maintain complex technical projects
  • Administer SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, and Slack
  • Experience with Identity & Access Management systems like Okta or Microsoft Entra
  • Administer and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies (OAuth, OIDC, SAML)
  • Understanding identity provisioning technologies such as SCIM
  • Communicate effectively with users of varying technical knowledge
  • Lead and contribute to technical projects across multiple technologies and platforms
  • Scripting, API usage, and task automation
  • Deploy and manage applications for macOS and iOS
  • Install, implement, and maintain office networks and remote access (VPN/Zero Trust)
