Administrative Support Volunteer

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable administrative experience by performing a variety of tasks, including data entry, banking processing, and maintaining volunteer job ads.

  • Data entry: Utilize computer software to accurately enter information into databases and spreadsheets.
  • Counting and processing daily banking for 15 stores: Follow set guidelines to reconcile financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
  • Updating and maintaining volunteer job ads: Use online platforms to promote volunteer opportunities and manage rosters.
  • Making name badges and induction kits: Design and produce materials to facilitate volunteer engagement.
  • Printing stock orders and stationery: Coordinate with warehouse staff to prepare materials and supplies.
  • Sourcing and replenishing stationery and office supplies: Identify and procure necessary materials to support administrative operations.
  • General housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.
