Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the future of contaminated land consultancy in Sydney. With one of the largest teams in the region and a strong pipeline, we're growing, and we need an Associate to Senior Associate-level expert in contaminated land and groundwater to join us.

This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact contaminated sites and remediation projects, leading full lifecycle site assessments and shaping strategy, innovation, and client engagement.

About You
  • Previous consultancy experience is required
  • Exceptional understanding of the structure and application of environmental regulations
  • Experience in leading subcontractors on multiple sites in assessment and remediation activities
  • Competent in identifying and managing risk on substantial projects
  • Experience in managing, tracking and meeting client targets
  • Proven ability in building the client-centricity capability of others and transferring expertise within an organisation
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic client relationship plans
  • Compelling leadership style with the ability to inspire, motivate and influence others through a socially impactful style
