Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled IT project manager to lead our multi-phase ERP Program. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, coordinating complex IT projects, managing budgets, risks, and stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams.

  • Drive project delivery by managing project plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones using suitable methodologies (Prince2, Agile, PMBoK) to meet quality, scope, time, and cost expectations.
  • Manage project risks and reporting, maintaining and monitoring RAID logs, escalating issues as needed, and providing regular updates and reports to the Manager.
  • Foster stakeholder engagement and communication, translating technical requirements for non-technical audiences and supporting effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Support procurement and vendor management, assisting in developing procurement documentation and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Track project finances and resources, monitoring expenditure and contributing to forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Contribute to change management and project handover, participating in change management planning, communications, training, benefits realization tracking, and handover activities.
Key Responsibilities:Project Delivery

Coordinate project plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones to ensure timely completion.

Risk Management

Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive monitoring and reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement

Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders through clear communication and translation of technical requirements.

Procurement and Vendor Management

Assist in procurement documentation development and ensure regulatory compliance.

Financial Management

Monitor project expenses and contribute to forecasting and variance analysis.

Change Management

Participate in change management planning, communications, training, and benefits realization tracking.
