We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major wind farm project in Queensland.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in managing complex infrastructure projects, preferably in renewables.

The successful candidate will oversee construction, commissioning, and handover to Operations, ensuring safety, environmental, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder outcomes are met.

The Project Manager will contribute to late-stage development, support Final Investment Decision (FID), and build and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead a diverse project team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, respect, and performance.
  • Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE): Champion HSSE principles, ensure compliance with legislation and internal standards, and address project-specific risks.
  • Project Management: Lead all phases of project delivery, manage a large budget, and implement robust project controls and governance frameworks.
  • Contract & Commercial Management: Manage contracts, negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with legal and procurement obligations.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in major infrastructure or renewable project delivery, including 5+ years in senior leadership. They should possess strong commercial and contract management acumen, knowledge of stakeholder, landowner, and planning aspects of wind development, and familiarity with Australian WHS and environmental legislation.
