Wind Farm Operations Coordinator

As a Site Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of wind farms. Your primary responsibilities will include providing logistics support for tooling and spare parts movements, assisting technicians with service orders, timesheets, and expenses, and managing inventory for the wind farm.
You will be responsible for compiling weekly functional area reporting data, calendaring, supporting travel, and managing high-priority workflows and approvals. Additionally, you will be required to process expense reporting, organize meeting notes, and other due diligence information.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize technology to perform responsibilities efficiently, including maintaining electronic records and digital mediums.

- Manage and maintain accurate inventories for the wind farm.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office.
Additionally, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred but not necessary.
- At least 1 year of experience working on-site at a wind farm is essential.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds and work in extreme weather conditions.
