  • Coordinate with sales, maintenance, and quality teams to drive success
  • Monitor business operations and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Support employees in achieving their workplace goals
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment while ensuring compliance
  • Develop and lead emergency response plans and provide inclusive training

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience managing business operations, coordinating complex tasks, and maintaining strong relationships. You will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards collaboration.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience and ability to support team collaboration
  • Empathy and adaptability when working with diverse individuals
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of OMS, WHS, and HACCP for compliance
  • Proven knowledge of emergency response and Chief Warden qualifications (desired)
