We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced coordinator to lead our team at the YMCA Yugumbir Outside School Hours Care Service in Regents Park.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, managing a team of educators, developing quality programs, ensuring compliance with policy, undertaking administrative requirements, and working collaboratively with families and the school community.

To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma of Children's Services), sound experience in assisting with programming, a passion for providing quality childcare, excellent customer service skills, and a valid First Aid and CPR certification.
