Customer Service Representative - Trade Counter / Delivery Driver Role

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toowoomba West. As a key member of our trade counter and delivery driver team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, loading and accurately tracking delivery runs, maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles, and handling over the counter retail trade sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and time management skills. A clean full drivers' license and some general computer skills are also essential.

In this role, you'll be supporting essential industries and helping our trade customers get the materials they need to work effectively every day. You'll build relationships with customers, manage their orders, and provide a high level of customer service at all times.

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, so you'll need to be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure. If you're a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you
