About the Role

The IT Support Specialist is a fantastic career opportunity to develop skills in troubleshooting, system setup, network management, and IT project assistance. You will provide hands-on support across a range of IT functions, with a primary focus on delivering first-level technical support, assisting in IT asset management, and contributing to the maintenance and administration of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to internal stakeholders
  • Assist in IT asset management and inventory
  • Contribute to the maintenance and administration of IT systems
About You:

We are looking for an individual who has:

  • Year 12 High School Certificate or equivalent
  • Current unencumbered NSW Driver's Licence
  • A foundational understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and basic networking concepts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and apply practical solutions
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
  • Capacity to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong enthusiasm for acquiring new technical skills
  • Awareness of data security and privacy
