About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced Process Technologist to play a pivotal role in designing, developing and improving our range of sauces and UHT-processed products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Progress, monitor and report assigned process design projects including setup, supervision and factory trials.
  • Process Optimization: Review and optimize current operations to reduce costs, improve safety and quality.
  • New Equipment Assessment: Assess the impact of new equipment, raw materials, methods of manufacture and packaging on product quality.
  • SUPPORT FOR EQUIPMENT COMMISSIONING: Support the commissioning of new equipment to ensure smooth operation.
  • MATERIAL REPROCESSING: Set up and communicate reprocessing materials and products as required.
  • CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Review current operations to optimize efficiency and deliver continuous improvement.
  • PRODUCT QUALITY ENHANCEMENT: Enhance product quality through process modifications, line changes, process control amendments or new equipment introduction.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Planning, Purchasing, Stock Control, Production and QC for arranging factory trials.
  • Product Design Work: Carry out product design work as required.
